“The news that Heathrow was warned about its energy supply only days before the fire shows that existing concerns were widespread and raised in advance of the fire.
“Heathrow has the highest airline and passenger charges in the world, yet it lacks basic operational resilience, which leaves passengers exposed to a much higher risk of disruption. Inefficient investment which harms the customer experience is a result of the airport's flawed regulatory framework and is yet another example of why Heathrow Reimagined is calling for a fundamental regulatory review by the Civil Aviation Authority.”
